‘Beep Beep Repeat’ Album Cover Redesign

A redesign of Isaac Dunbar’s EP ‘Beep Beep Repeat.’ This project includes a reimagined record jacket and vinyl disc.

The record jacket was RISO printed, adding a unique quality to the artwork. The grain, misalignment, blues and reds mixing unpredictably all communicate the message of the music. The textures and colours mimic the effects of club lights overlapping, the grittiness of New York City and the unexpected outcomes of a night out. The boldness of the palette feels fitting for Dunbar’s disco-pop sound. They also reference the colours of the American flag, as the EP is communicating gay culture in America. This redesign encapsulates the excitement of fully embracing your identity and culture.
